No access token returned login error #340

I've been trying to login to the remote computing services through the WE-UQ application and I keep getting a message that reads "ERROR - No access token returned!" I've tried on both the desktop application as well as the web portal version and I get the same version. I've posted a screenshot of the error plus a debug file. I know I have an allocation and that my credentials are correct. I've also tried this on both version 4.3.0 and 3.4.0. I also tried clearing out my login credential cache and I can't find the correct credentials file even when going through hidden files. Even with that, the web portal still doesn't work, so I really don't know what the issue is. Is this a common error? I've already contacted IT and they told me to ask here. |

Can you try changing the password you use .. if that works can you share the none: 0-9 a-z, and A-Z characters you used in the old one. thanks. frank |

I did that and it worked, thank you very much!
The old password used ^}-"'!
I think the quotes were messing everything up.
