Retrieving R2D Results from DesignSafe

Hi,
I am running a Hazus assessment of a set of buildings as part of a regional study through R2D. When I run a small test case of my inventory on DesignSafe and retrieve the results, I get a file named RemoteWorkDir/Results/R2D_results.geojson. However, when I run all of the buildings in the inventory (~35,000 buildings), the RemoteWorkDir does not contain this file when I retrieve the finished job. In the Results folder, I see only log.txt.# files, no Results_#.json files, which I do see in my smaller test run. When I view the job on DesignSafe, these files are missing there as well (it doesn't seem to be a problem with the download from DesignSafe to R2D. Do you have any advice on why this is happening?

Hi,

This is most likely because an error occurred when analyzing one/some of the 35,000 buildings, and the results files were not correctly produced. Would you mind uploading one of the log.txt files so we can help you find out the possible error?

Thanks for uploading this! I'm sorry that this log.txt file does not have enough information to identify the potential error. Can you tell us how many log.txt files you retrieved from DesignSafe and if some of the log.txt files are longer than the one you attached?

Also, I will reach out to you through email and ask if you could share the input files with us. If you can share the input files, we can try to reproduce the error and debug it for you.
