Background

NEARN is a new gig platform on NEAR Protocol aimed at helping developers earn by contributing to the ecosystem. This initiative centers on launching a targeted awareness campaign across social media, DevHub Live, and the newsletter to attract and activate new contributors.

Scope

User Story

  1. Social and Video Campaigns

    • Launch short-video-based campaigns to explain how devs can use NEARN.
    • Create “Gig of the Week” social posts and highlight contributors who earn.
  2. Live and Interactive Activation

    • Host ~2 livestreams featuring NEARN contributors and team members.
    • Cross-promote through newsletter and DevHub Live integrations.
  3. Newsletter and DevHub Site Integration

    • Consistently feature NEARN in the refreshed newsletter and dev.near.org homepage.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Drive 100+ new signups or applications to NEARN.
  • Reach 50K+ total impressions across campaign.
  • Host at least 2 interactive events .

Resources & Additional Notes

  • Collaboration with NEARN product and operations team.
  • Coordination for consistent branding.
  • Optionally repurpose DevHub Live clips that include NEARN mentions.
