Background

DevHub Live continues to be a valuable touchpoint for the NEAR developer community. This initiative ensures weekly continuity while introducing a new short-form content workflow to extend the reach and lifespan of each episode.

Scope

1. Weekly DevHub Live

   • Maintain weekly cadence with engaging topics (tooling, guests, AMAs).
   • Include items like NEARN, Wallet Selector, and Python SDK use cases where possible.

2. Short-Form Video Repurposing

   • Extract and edit highlight clips (30–60s) from each session.
   • Publish across Shorts, TikTok, Twitter/X for broader reach.

Acceptance Criteria

• Deliver 10+ DevHub Live sessions in Q2.
• Produce 3+ highlight clips from episodes.
• Average 50+ live viewers per episode.
• Track >500 combined views for each repurposed clip.

Resources & Additional Notes

• Requires video editor (contractor or internal) for repurposing.
• Alignment with content and social team for publishing schedule.
• Consider testing live polls or Q&A during streams.
