Description
Add additional information for troubleshooting based on the nceas help document
- let the user know to login via the terminal
yourusername@datateam.nceas.ucsb.edu - follow the instructions given
- find and copy the pid (the first 4-5 digit number after your name)
- type the following in the terminal:
kill paste_the_copied_pid
