Show nccc170.org URL

As of today, the URL http://nccc170.org redirects to this website. But then the nccc170.netlify.app URL is shown in the address bar, but it should show nccc170.org instead.

UPDATE: if you use nccc170.org, you will see nccc170.org. But if you use nccc170.netlify.app, you will see nccc170.netlify.app. This is okay, but not ideal. Ideally, if you go to nccc170.netlify.app, you would see nccc170.org. I'm not sure how to make this happen.

I think this is an issue on netlify, not the hugo build or GitHub. My best guess is that you'll need to mess around with ye ole dns records. This documentation may be relevant.
