Purpose:
Test whether using the new land files (out-of-the-box with alpha07b) impacts Lab Sea freezing.
Description:
Same as 198 (#149) + using the out-of-the-box land files. Still using the warmer and saltier ocean ICs as in 198 + the new ocean physics. This run will help us understand the role of the land files.
