GeoPackage layers sometimes off by a pixel or two #167
Description
Layers created from single GeoPackage data stores are sometimes off by a pixel or two as compared to layers created from GeoTiff source imagery or layers created from an ImageMosaic with same the GeoPackage(s).
The pixel shift magnitude and direction can vary on the zoom level.
