Add an introduction to Jupyter Notebooks

A introduction to Jupyter notebooks or an external link to an introduction would help keep tutorials and how-to guides focused on teaching working with Earthdata Cloud.

Many of the tutorial notebooks and how-tos have content on using Jupyter notebooks. How to execute shell commands, etc... These are useful in a workshop context but distract from teaching workflows and methods related to Earthdata Cloud. If we had a guide to working with Jupyter notebooks and even Jupyter lab we can refer to or list this guide as a prereq.
