Adding features to source?

How does one go about obtaining the config.h for the N3+ fw posted here? I will be adding new components and swapping to a CR Touch, and I believe these are found in config.h, but I'm unsure where to find the one here? I could compile from scratch but this firmware has great settings already, I'd just like to swap a few hardware related items.
