I am tempted to merge this but it's unclear to me who controls the shortened link and if it can be maliciously modified in the future to point somewhere it should not... I think a more appropriate RP would be to just change the URL to the full github URL avoiding link shortener entirely |

Added a one-command install to the install and upgrade sections. Also formatted and changed link shortener provider since git.io shut down. Thanks! Hopes this helps!
