Visual issues detected

• Add tier submit button doesn't get disabled when clicked. there's not loading state
• Onchain ID doesn't get added to the project object in DB
• If session timed out, the user sees irrelevant errors instead of navigating to Login
• Adding contribution tier, if errored, I see "Error creating exclusive content"
