Get blockchain information from the Streamer API

At the moment some network specifications are stored locally. We did so in the past because the endpoint was not available. Right now we can use Streamer endpoints.  This information is stored in
 - `app/configs/app.ts`
 - `app/configs/blockchain.ts`
 - `app/configs/schemas.ts`
