Player doesn't increase nonce if the second stream occurred before the first one goes through

Player registers streams as audio:stream transactions. The transaction is submitted a few seconds after the stream is initiated. If the user starts a new stream immediate after the first one, it's possible that the second stream is created before the first one is reflected on the user account. 
We should make sure the second transaction includes a higher nonce.
