Fix responsiveness issues of the Explorer

Expected behavior

The application should be accessible in small screens.

Actual behavior

At the moment the application is not responsive and parts are data are not visible in small screens. There's also a horizontal scroll in most pages. The hamburger menu is not visible in small screens either.
