Description

Location has no parent location - this is likely a mistake - only top level locations should have no parent location.
All but top level locations, like TamrielLocation, locations for Daedric realms or similar that have no concept of a parent may have no parent location. Also some technical locations like PersistAll or HoldingCell are allowed to have no parent location.

Effects

Location will not be properly detected by condition checks like GetInCurrentLocation.
For example a cell in Whiterun with a location without parent location will not be able to detect that you're currently in Whiterun, in Whiterun Hold, and Skyrim because of that.
