Description

Merchant npc does not have a specialized merchant faction

Npc is identified as merchant as they have a JobMerchant faction.
Merchant npcs usually have a specialized merchant faction that is used to add the standard merchant dialogue to the npc.
Specialized merchant factions are identified via EditorID substring match with Job but not matching other faction EditorID standards like a baseline JobMerchant faction or a trainer faction JobTrainer, like JobBlacksmithFaction.
