Description

Trainer npc does not have a specialized trainer faction

Npc is identified as trainer as they have the TrainerGoldScript, or a trainer faction.
Trainer npcs usually have a specialized trainer faction that is used to add the standard trainer dialogue to the npc.
Specialized trainer factions are identified via EditorID substring match with JobTrainer but not ending with JobTrainer as by convention the specialization like JobTrainerAlchemy comes after JobTrainer.
