Description

Trainer npc does not have a TrainerGoldScript

Trainers will keep a lot of gold that they got by training the player in their inventory. The script is supposed to cap the amount of gold in the Npc's inventory to a certain amount (which can be configured by the TrainerType property).
This is part of the default Skyrim setup for trainers.

Effects

Npc might have too much gold in their inventory.
