Configuration file locations

Hi!
It seems like the user's manual and man page slightly disagree about where MPD looks for configuration files. Specifically the user's manual doesn’t mention ~/.mpdconf and ~/.mpd/mpd.conf as options. I haven't opened an issue since the template doesn't really fit this kind of issues.
