Bitcoin uri binding

Good idea Andreas on bitcoin URI clicking. Do not know how to do it but would be very useful.

Can you perhaps register "bitcoin:" to the URL handlers of the OSes and/or Browsers? So that we can click on Bitcoin URLs.
