API key connection problem

Thank you for making this plugin

I created a gpt api and am trying to use it by connecting the api key, but I get an error

I also get completions error when testing

When I actually use it in pdf, I get HTTP POST https://api.openai.com failed with status code 421: error

How can I solve this case?
