Hello! Not really a bug. I made a little tool for lip syncing mouths!

I was reading the documentation and found the lip sync mouths to be a little hard to make the file for by hand. Therefore, i made a really quick really simple web app (installable as PWA) to allow one to correct generate those files and wrote some documentation for a guide on a simple workflow to get them done.
