Order of messages #5
Description
Please send messages in the order in which they were tried to be sent originally if they are sent concurrently from different threads for example.
Another important part where this is not working properly is the ratelimit handling. If messages get ratelimited, it is pretty random which of the ratelimited messages gets send first after the limit is lifted.
