Precompiled UF2 - no activity on status led

Greetings, and thank you for sharing this exciting project. I have flashed the two precompiled uf2 files to a picoW on a breadboard with the example circuit outlined in the readme. Unfortunately with both example projects, the status led output (gp14) only goes high briefly once and is not followed by 6 rapid flashes. Nothing further happens. Are the UF2's supplied in the example folders still expected to currently be working?

EDIT: Apologies, I swapped out the picoW for another and all is working as expected. Guess I had a dud circulating in the parts bin.
