[Article Page] Share Container Component

Develop a Fragment for the Share Container Component based on Wireframe v2.
This fragment will be integrated in Article Page as part of the site assembly.

Scope:

• Build markup (HTML/CSS) for the fragment based on wireframe layout.
• Wrap the component as a Wagtail Fragment (or appropriate block setup).
• Ensure the fragment is modular and ready for insertion into the base template.
• Include placeholder content where final text or imagery is pending.
• Allow flexibility for future visual brand updates.
