Possibility to disable thinking mode for thinking models

Hello there,

it would be nice if we could disable thinking mode e.g. for the qwen3 and deepseek model families. Something similar has been implemented here:

ollama/ollama-python#521

Just for reference: Disabling thinking mode in the system prompt (/no_think) can be tricky:

Right now we'll be relying on users to disable it themselves when they want.
