Trouble with installing and using llamafile

Hey everyone, i would like to try llamafile but i am having trouble understanding how to install llamafile and making it work. My operating system will be linux and macOS and my goal is to convert and use a quantized model which i have finetuned and already is in .gguf format.
I have tried downloading the different files in the releases but i am unable to make them work. I have also tried repeating the steps from previous issues and discussions but without success.
Would anyone be able to give a step-by-step of how to install and correctly utilize llamafile?

Download llamafile from the releases page

chmod +x llamafile-<version>
./llamafile-<version> -m <path_to_model>
