RPC Auth & Dashboard Access Improvements

Hi, thanks for the great work!

I would like to suggest adding support for RPC authentication with the .cookie file in addition to the existing RPC user and password approach. This would improve compatibility with configurations where cookie-based authentication is preferred.

Also, it would be helpful to have an option to access the dashboard without requiring a password for local or trusted environments.

Hey @r00xat , you can use the .cookie file. I should document that. Set the env var BITCOIND_DIR on the docker compose poiting to the dir where the .cookie file is. Thanks for using it ^^

Thanks for your answer. I have seen the entry in the /app/backend/src/services/bitcoin.js.
I think you still need to update the container image.

Oh, thats true, you can use the ghcr.io/montejojorge/bitcoin-node-dashboard:1.0.0-beta.2 image (or :latest)
