permission denied issue when running external processes and maize

Hi there,
I was playing around this awesome generative package for chemistry and its been a great experience so far. Although when am using more complex scoring systems such as a predictive model (.pkl format supplied through a py script as ext processes) and maize for docking am getting an unusual error of permission denied to access the path to the installed library.
For e,g
when am using this maize scoring component like this:

Error that am getting:

  File "/home/cmbc/miniconda3/envs/reinvent4/lib/python3.10/subprocess.py", line 1863, in _execute_child
    raise child_exception_type(errno_num, err_msg, err_filename)
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/home/cmbc/miniconda3/envs/maize'

Is there a look around for this problem, as am not sure where is the issue is getting from. I have already reinstalled the package but the problem persists.

many thanks for your interest in REINVENT and welcome to the community!

Your error message is not related or could be controlled through our software. You would need to find out yourself what the access permissions on /home/cmbc/miniconda3/envs/maize are. Obviously, that is you conda environment that either you or someelse has installed. If it was not you contact the person who did.

Hi there, U need to locate to the exact location of executable, of the location given in toml is not a executable or a directory, the. Reinvent will throw the access denied error.
