Installation Issues with v3.1.4

I’m encountering a subprocess-exited-with-error when trying to install QSARtuna following the steps in the README.md. However, running the same installation on Codespaces (Linux OS) works without any issues.

I’m using macOS—could this error be related to the operating system?

Which version of Conda etc are you using?
