Restructure GitHub repo to support the new courses

@RehabAbotalep we need to restructure the GitHub repo to support the new courses.
Things we need to think about:

• Main readme file structure to support sections for each course and one for all common items.
• FAQ for each course and common FAQ or both together?
• Docs for each course and common or all together?
• The folder structure?
• Etc.

FAQ page I think it will be more organized if we make FAQ for each course and a common one.
Docs I think all together.
The folder structure will be like this source/courses/devops, source/courses/terraform and so on that includes all files related to this course, and all common files will be in the source folder directly
