create custom dtrb model

hi
i want to train my own dtrb dataset for persian plates.
What should be the structure of the database?
and whats the options for use traning scripts?

ps:
i just use plate chracters and made lmdb dataset for train and valid
then i use this for train but final model does not work properly:
