Link of GTFS-realtime to SQL results in 404

The link that is provided for the GTFS-RT Archival tool results in a 404 Not found error. Does anyone know, where the repository was moved to?

There is an old Web Archive snapshot. But I assume the Web Archive doesn't archive the Git repository.
