Extraction Error

A user is experiencing difficulty extracting mods files located in the ProgramData folder. I have been testing Mist without designating the ProgramData path as the MODS folder. The user has attempted running Mist in administration mode, but this did not resolve the issue. Due to incorrect permissions, there is likely a permission error with the portable embedded version of 7zip.

A temporary move is to move the MODS fold outside of the ProgramData folder. For example, the user could move the MODS folder to their documents or another location that is not a system folder.
