Experimental support for Dependency Updates task enhancement

This works by configuring all instances of `DependencyUpdatesTask` to
use a custom version reporter from GradleUtils. It respects whatever was
set by the project, so if another custom reporter is already set, this
won't do anything. Currently, the only supported format is "text".
