Add Tollerations setting #183
Description
Tollerations allow you to host mijnBureau on specific nodes of a kubernetes cluster. For the pilot ssc-ict we need this because the cluster has taints set on 70% of the nodes. I asked them to remove it. but it is a good usecase to solve this anyway since more users will propably allocate special nodes for mijnbureau
