existing sqlite database on the device

Is it possible provision my existing sqlite database on device against the existing MS SQL Server which is accessble on proxy .
The reason is to define indexes properly on sqlite database as it is not creating indexes.

Device (Sqlite database)

Hub (MS- SQL Database)

Everything works well.

It was just somthing which i missed

did not change table name in SynchronizeAsync() method
var tables = new string[] { "_clnt" };
