A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
- Set up the configuration repository, probably on a site
- Enable download and parsing of configurations
- Set up auto-downloader
- Inject tools + tool functions defined by configuration into Tools menu bar
- Ensure file selects and whatnot are properly integrated
