Obsolete Access docs

Hello,

Can you please clarify what is the purpose of these docs?
For example this page -

Why it is only for 2013?
If that's not a mistake then where are the later versions?
If that's just a mistake in version - why it is out of date? For example, where is DateTime Extended (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/using-the-date-time-extended-data-type-708c32da-a052-4cc2-9850-9851042e0024, as I understand it's value should be 26)?
