v0.10 Beta Released

Our first beta test release is now ready for the curious and brave to explore. As a beta it is still a little rough around the edges but you should find that you can build Fortran and C.

Incremental building is offered for Fortran but not yet C so expect C to be rebuilt every time.

Also supported are "pre-builds", a cache of build artefacts from a previous build allowing the incremental build process to be primed.

Documentation is available but be aware that this is not release documentation but tracks head-of-trunk. You may find yourself reading about things which are not in the beta.
