[Debt] Token Removal 'drone-convert-pathschanged plugin' #103

Based on multiple requests from GitHub to cleanup the personal access tokens of the meltwater-foundation user we need to scrub the drone-convert-pathschanged plugin token and retire secrets both on development and production services, there is no instance found of its use.
