cargo-nro: Allow dependencies to add their own files/folders to RomFS #53
Description
With the new way we call cargo-metadata, there isn't a huge cost to allowing deps to add their own files/folders to the RomFS. This could allow UI systems from storing their files in the RomFS, and get overridden by the main binary, for instance.
