Windows: Add rounded corners to menu bar popups

I'm using Windows 11, and MediaInfo doesn't have rounded corners in the menu bar:

Not only is it missing rounded corners in menu but also missing mica titlebar in dark mode. I noticed some other apps don't have rounded corners in their menu bar too so it probably depends on how the menu is implemented and in some cases manual work is needed. I'm not going to spend time working around VCL limitations. Embarcadero seems to not care about supporting 100% native Windows 11 look. They didn't even support things like CFG yet and does not seem to be interested to release the bug fixing IDE/compiler update to Community edition too.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the Qt based GUI being available on the Microsoft Store. 😉
