will it possible to add CMake build system support for CLI?

We have it for MediaInfoLib thanks to a contributor, we don't use it ourselves so no plan on the side of main developers but we may accept contributions/sponsoring.

Tried but cannot build due to an error which I do not know how to fix.

I was trying to build a static build and in one go just like how MediaInfoLib automatically builds ZenLib and zlib but failed and gave up while the PR builds and installs one by one manually and then builds a dynamically linked build.
