Make it possible to modify the % of the terrain, to be in the highway to spawn a specific part (open/tunnel etc). That means for example if at least 90% of the highway is going to be buried in the terrain, a tunnel variant will be choosed.

I also suggest to add new "semi-buried" variant of highway - a part which will be something between the open and tunnel variant. Basically a highway with supportive walls at the sides (walls should be the same height as the terrain).

And last suggestion is about making it possible to sink/elevate a highway by simple value input. It can be handy for people who make custom parts and make the highway parts a bit higher, because then the highway can be commonly above the city ground, which makes it out of place if every road is 5 blocks above the ground.

It would be also cool if we could have highways over the whole world at the same level regardless the cityheights (or make highways follow some heightlevels, same as with the cities).
