Unfortunately, we do not have an archive of tvb_bb_QC.py from that commit. We do have a commit from March 16th 2021 for tvb_bb_QC.py, in the main_sge branch:
https://github.com/McIntosh-Lab/tvb-ukbb/tree/67a8bba5c02488a3af64d93a53b6ee6fe3ccc61c/tvb_bb_QC

The file contents from the now-defunct commit 84d2de83b1e4b0c9 are unlikely to be very different from those in commit 67a8bba.

I would also recommend using the most up-to-date version of the pipeline (and therefore tvb_bb_QC.py) when possible, as there have been bug fixes implemented over the years. The core functionality and requirements of the QC script have not changed drastically in that time. I do not believe the QC script has since changed with regards to any support for the hard-coded intracranial-volume thresholds.

I am having trouble finding any references that mention intracranial volume thresholds. However, they were clearly stated in some of the data I restored.

Would you be able to share some of the data or code you have restored, that references intracranial volume thresholds? I do not think our script interacts with these thresholds in any way.

That is very odd! I can't recall that we've ever had support for ICV hard-coded thresholds in our tvb_bb_QC.sh. The full archived file would be helpful.

Unfortunately, I believe this script may have been altered since being pulled from our repository. I could neither find this commit, nor find a reference to ICV thresholds in any of our scripts from around this time.
