main branch not updated along with mbedtls 3.6.4 release

Summary

BRANCHES.md states that the main branch always contains the latest release. However, it seems that the last time it was updated was for the mbedtls 3.6.3.1 release. I believe it should be updated for the the mbedtls 3.6.4 release.

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this.

Thank you very much for reporting this! I've just updated main (and master, which we provide for backward compatibility) to 3.6.4.

I'm leaving this issue open because if we missed this multiple times, there's probably a missing step in our release process. Although it might just be because the latest release is on an LTS branch, which is not our normal process, and will no longer happen starting with the next release (4.0.0).
