Add pane for sweeps #1
Description
Create a new file to be used in the existing gui.rs to run sweeps in real time (user functionality, sliders, inputs, etc) and look at older sweeps. These could potentially be two separate panes (older sweep and current running sweep). If they are two separate panes, they should be defined in two different .rs files
