How do I delete saved locations? #202

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to delete locations for which there are no recordings in the archive? Whenever I filter for such a location, the message ‘No detections found in the archive using the bird list’ appears. I have not found a way to select a new location as the selection list is no longer displayed. I always have to restart Chirpity and then click on the archive again to select a new location. |

Yes there is, go to "Amend file recording location" by right-clicking on the filename, pick the location you want to remove, and clear the place name associated with the location then you can delete it: Recording.2025-01-27.095953.mp4 |

Hmm, yes. Deleting locations is perhaps the least obvious thing in Chirpity. Also, the fact that the top row of filters disappears when there are no results in a location is a bug. |
